420 Maps intends to transfer to an operating company, Cludabra OÜ in Estonia, once that company is incorporated. This page and the Terms will be updated with the company's registered name, address and registry code when it happens, and the transfer clause in section 16 of the Terms governs how it affects you.
An information directory of places that publicly present themselves as cannabis social clubs. 420 Maps does not sell, supply, grow, hold, deliver or arrange cannabis or any cannabis product, is not a club, and is not the agent or representative of any club it lists. A listing is not a verification, endorsement or approval of the club. The Terms of use set this out in full.

If you run a club, represent one, or appear in a listing, use 420maps.co/report or write to hello@420maps.co. It helps if you tell us:
We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to deal with a straightforward correction at the same time. Where a listing is built from public sources we will check what you tell us against those sources, and we will say what we have done. We will not remove an accurate listing or an honest member review simply because someone would prefer it gone.
To report content you believe is unlawful — a defamatory review, content that infringes your copyright or trade mark, an impersonation, or content that should not be public — write to hello@420maps.co with the exact location of the content (a link, or the club and the review), what the problem is, and, for a rights complaint, what right you hold and why you believe the use is not authorised. We will act on clear cases and tell you what we have done. If you are the person who posted content we removed, write to the same address and we will explain why and reconsider.
The 420 Maps directory — the selection of clubs, the verification and correction behind each listing, the coordinates and precision labels, the descriptions, and the arrangement of the collection — is protected by copyright and by database rights, which we assert. Scraping the directory, re-using a substantial part of it, or using it to train or build an AI model or a competing dataset is not permitted, and section 11 of the Terms sets out what that covers and what we do about it.
Individual facts about a club are not ours and we make no claim to them.
420 Maps is built on open data and open-source software. Their licences apply to their own material, not to the directory we built from it.

420 Maps is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. The site asks you to confirm your age before the map opens; that confirmation is a statement by you, not a check we have performed.
Commercial placements are labelled Sponsored. The site carries advertising for Cludabra, cannabis club software, which is under common ownership with 420 Maps — so treat it as our own promotion rather than independent recommendation. Paid placement affects where a club appears and nothing else: it does not change how a club is verified, and it cannot remove a member review. Section 6 of the Terms has the detail.
420Pass is a time-limited access and benefits programme created, operated and sold by 420 Maps. It is not on sale yet. It is not a purchase of cannabis, not club membership, and not a guarantee of admission. Section 10 of the Terms sets out how it works, including what happens if a participating club does not honour a valid pass.
